terms and conditions

delivery

your order will be shipped within 1 workweek via post nl. if there are special circumstances that will delay your order, i will notify you asap.

small items such as stickers an buttons will be shipped as letters (no tracking), clothes and large quantities of stickers/buttons are shipped as a parcel (track & trace). this means that different shipping rates apply according to the kind and amount of ordered items.

if you have specific questions or wishes with regards to your order, use the contact form here or e-mail insomebetween@gmail.com with your order information (invoice number or order number) and question right after you finalize the order. we’ll then discuss the best solution.

payment

i will start processing your order as soon as i have received your payment. you will receive a seperate payment and shipping confirmation via e-mail.

did you not receive either confirmation within 1 workweek after you ordered? then something went wrong during the processing of your order. e-mail insomebetween@gmail.com with your order information, so that i can identify and fix the problem.

for now, payments are only possible at the same time you order (no post-pay options). for payment options I use the external services stripe and paypal. for any questions about these specific systems I refer to the customer service of either stripe or paypal.

return policy

if you are unhappy with your order, the return policy is to notify me within 14 days of delivery. once i have received the returned order, the costs of the original order (not including shipping) will be transferred back to your account.

due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the return policy is temporarily extended to 30 days.

you initiate a return by e-mailing insomebetween@gmail.com, with the subject return + your invoice and/or order number. As soon as I confirm the return notification via e-mail, you can send the parcel or envelope back and expect a refund.

product warranty and damage

the buttons and textiles i sell are handpainted (in case of the buttons also manually cut, sanded and glued). This means there will always be small irregularities. if you’re not happy upon delivery, these deviations do not count as a damaged product, but you can use the return policy (as explained above).

i try my best to package your order so that it arrives in good condition, using envelopes and potentially cushioning material that protect the products.

it is your responsibility as customer to check the condition of your order as soon as possible after it’s been delivered. if something is damaged, you need to notify me within two weeks (with pictures of the damage) via e-mail. this will usually fall under warranty and i will discuss the best possible solution with you, either sending a replacement or returning the payment for example.

if the damage is caused by a third party (for example, water damage during shipping), warranty does not apply. if you choose for insured shipping (for example, registered post), you can contact post nl for a compensation.
